The E-commerce & Entrepreneurship Specialist will work to develop e-commerce aspects of blended learning courses and develop the internships programme including identifying companies, setting internship learning goals, placement and monitoring the internship. Developing e-commerce curricula requires ICT skills, internet marketing skills and experience with different platforms. The position holder will lead all E-Commerce and Entrepreneurship initiatives in Turkey, including coordination with the institutions where the initiatives will be implemented and with the partners. The specialist will also provide assistance on implementing entrepreneurial training programmes and ensuring training of trainers so the universities have the capability to continue with these activities after the project ends. S/he will contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives related to E-commerce and Entrepreneurship in the region, contribute to the organization’s strategies in the related fields and actively gather and disseminate best practices/innovations and learnings in the whole organisation, especially to the staff working on that particular topics in order to facilitate internal learning
